The Role

As the Hypercaler Marketing Strategist at Kyndryl, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to hyperscale cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Working closely with Alliance business leaders, Markets, Global Practices, solution marketing teams, and executive leadership, you will lead the charge in creating go-to-market plans that elevate our brand and drive business growth within the hyperscaler market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough market research to understand the needs and challenges of hyperscalers and their customers, while highlighting Kyndryl's value proposition.

  • Crafting comprehensive marketing strategies for campaigns and programs targeted at hyperscale cloud providers, effectively promoting Kyndryl's services.

  • Collaborating with various teams including markets, global practice teams, marketing disciplines, and solution marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and positioning with hyperscalers' specific needs.

  • Managing teams responsible for nurturing relationships with hyperscaler partners and identifying opportunities for co-marketing initiatives.

  • Analyzing campaign performance metrics and providing insights for optimization and improvement.

  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices related to marketing to hyperscalers, integrating insights into sales enablement and Kyndryl's strategic messaging.

Who You Are

  • Strong background in B2B marketing with demonstrable experience working closely with hyperscale cloud providers.

  • Deep understanding of the technology industry and its nuances, particularly within the cloud computing landscape.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

  • Strategic thinking coupled with the ability to execute tactically to achieve desired outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling marketing initiatives targeted towards hyperscale cloud providers.

  • Experience in people management, including leading and developing teams to achieve shared goals.

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $134,530 to $322,880 based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
